Media kits present key information about yourself and your personal brand, allowing potential partners to see all the relevant information in a single well-designed document. A good media kit should give an overview of who you are and what you are all about, at-a-glance information like social media statistics and pageviews, as well as a list of partnership opportunities/services as well as some samples of previous work.

The FLIP SIDE template fits a ton of useful information in a compact space. The film strip along the bottom showcases your beautiful photography, along with space for a bio/overview with photo, reader demographics, blog stats and social media profiles, space for 4 'featured on' press logos, an additional overview text section, 4 sample projects with photos, and a list of services and select clients.
